What happens after the 14-day free trial?
After your trial ends, you'll pick the rate that matches your employee count. All your trial data stays intact. There's no obligation to continue, and we don't require a credit card to start.
Do you charge per user?
No. We do not charge per user. We charge a flat rate based on your total employee count (company size), and every company gets unlimited users.
Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes. Companies with up to 40 employees can bill monthly. Larger company-size rates are billed annually by default. Annual billing costs less than 12× monthly—exact savings vary by company-size band. Monthly options for larger bands can be discussed with sales.
What features are included?
Every company gets the full suite—inspections, incidents, training, meetings, OSHA recordkeeping, multi-site access, and more. We don't gate features by company size.
Can I change my company size rate later?
Yes. Moving to a higher employee band is prorated immediately. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
