This Cookie Policy explains how True Bearing Safety Solutions, LLC ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Rivkor Platform and website (including the installed PWA).
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use related technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, and Cache Storage. They help keep you signed in, support offline use, remember preferences, and—only if you accept—provide analytics so we can improve reliability and usability.
How we use cookies
We group these technologies by purpose:
Essential / Required
Required for core Platform functions: Firebase Authentication session persistence, company and sign-in context, App Check / abuse protection, and service-worker Cache Storage / IndexedDB used for offline field work. These are not used for advertising.
Examples: Firebase Auth IndexedDB, companyContext, offline queue / field-pack stores, Cache Storage (static-v*, dynamic-v*)
Performance & Analytics (optional)
Help us understand marketing-site and product usage (pages visited, load and engagement signals, and anonymous funnel events such as pricing views, trial CTAs, create-account, contact, and checkout starts). We may also set coarse segments (signed-in yes/no, plan status trial/paid/unknown, role, app platform). We do not send company name, email, or account identifiers in analytics events. We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-H78B8CVLPM) and Firebase Analytics. These load only after you Accept analytics cookies (or an equivalent prior choice). They are not loaded if you Decline.

Functional
Remember site preferences such as theme and display density so the UI stays consistent across visits.
Examples: darkMode, highContrast, EHS view/density preferences
Security
Support security and integrity features such as App Check and reCAPTCHA used to protect sign-in and APIs.
Managing cookies
On first visit we show a short notice with Accept or Decline for optional analytics. Your choice is stored in localStorage (rivkor_cookie_consent) and is not re-prompted until you clear site data or use Cookie preferences. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in and offline features.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat optional analytics as Declined and do not show the notice. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
